すべてのジュエリーは日本にあるERINA BANNOのスタジオでハンドメイドで作られています。
いくつかのアイテムは在庫がありますが、いくつかのアイテムについては発送するまで1~5週間お待ち頂きます。
注文を受けた後、私たちは発送可能日をお知らせいたします。
INTERNATIONAL ORDERS
日本国外への発送をご希望の場合はinfo@erinabanno.netへe-mailにて注文する事が出来ます。
その際に、郵便番号と住所を記入してください。
そこから郵送料を計算してお知らせいたします。
CONSUMPTION TAX
日本での受注は0.05％の消費税の対象となります。
PAYMENT OPTIONS
ERINA BANNO jewelry design はPaypalにてお客様のお支払いを受付いたします。
ご注文する際に、Paypalアカウントを取得する必要はございません。
RETURN
特別注文したもの（サイズ、オリジナルデザイン、カスタムオーダーなど）を除いて納品日から７日間以内であればオンラインで購入した商品を返品する事ができます。
ただし、未使用、無傷品に限ります。返品する前にino@erinabanno.netにお名前と商品名、インボスナンバーをe-mailにて送ってください。
あなた自身の保護のため、返品アイテムをきちんと梱包し、保険をかけた追跡可能な宅配便で送り返して領収書を保管してください。
ERINA BANNO jewelry design は輸送中の破損または紛失について責任を負いません。
CANCEL
ご注文をキャンセルされる場合、ご注文後24時間以内に限り受け付けます。
REPAIRS
ERINA BANNO jewelry designは購入してから３０日間に限り修理を承ります。
修理するアイテムの送料につきましては責任を負いかねます。

価格は金属市場の変動により変更される場合がございます。
ABOUT ORDER
HOW TO ORDER
All pieces are handmade at ERINA BANNO studio in NGO JAPAN.
Although, some items are in stock, some are created after receiving your order. For jewelry not in stock, please allow 1-5weeks before shipping.
After receiving your order, we will contact you regarding your expected delivery date.
INTERNATIONAL ORDERS
If you would like to ship internationally, you can place your order by e-mailing info@erinabanno.net Please provide your postal code and address so we can calculate shipping costs.
CONSUMPTION TAX
Orders that ship in Japan are subject to a 0.05% consumption tax.
PAYMENT OPTIONS
We accept all electronic checks through Paypal. You are not required to have a Paypal account to order, it is merely used as a secure way to submit payment. info@erinabanno.net
RETURN
You may return item you have purchased online to us within 7days of receipt of the shipment except for special ordered pieces(ex. special size,custom orders etc)
However, as long as unused and undamaged only. Before returning your item, please first send a brief e-mail to info@erinabanno.net and include your name, the item, and invoice number.For your protection, please pack your return item securely and return your order with an insured trackable courier and retain your receipt.ERINA BANNO jewelry deign is not responsible for item damaged or lost in transit.Please include a note with your name and invoice number and once we receive your return, your account will be credited for the merchandise amount, we can not refund shipping charges on return items.
CANCEL
In case you need to cancel your order, please do so within 24hours after you place an order.
REPAIRS
We will repair items purchased through ERINA BANNO jewelry design within 30days of purchase. Please note that ERINA BANNO jewelry design not responsible for shipping costs on repair items.
